Information we collect
Provided by you (only if you submit the form): name, phone number, email address, property address or area of interest, and your situation selection. Collected automatically: hosting and analytics providers process the pages visited, referrer, browser and device type, timestamps, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
How it is used
- To respond to your Orange County real estate inquiry and provide the listing alerts you requested.
- To operate and secure the website.
- To understand aggregate site traffic.
Sharing
Personal information is shared only with: the brokerage (Keller Williams Huntington Beach / SCCE, Inc.) as required for brokerage services; our CRM and form-relay service providers ([CONFIRM CRM VENDOR — e.g., GoHighLevel] and FormSubmit); hosting and analytics (Vercel); and, if a transaction results, the parties necessary to complete it. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
Inquiries are retained for up to [CONFIRM RETENTION PERIOD — suggested 24 months] after the last communication, then deleted — unless a transaction results, in which case records are retained as required by law (California brokers retain transaction records for at least three years).
Your California privacy rights
California residents may request: (1) to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold; (2) deletion of personal information, subject to legal retention requirements; (3) correction of inaccurate information; and (4) to opt out of any sale or sharing (we conduct none). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
